Kindness Week

Help Glebe celebrate Kindness Week February 9-13!

The purpose of VA Kindness Week is “is to recognize that simple day-to-day acts of kindness enable our schools, communities, and state to be a kinder, safer, healthier and more inclusive place to live, work, learn and play” (VDOE, 2026).

• Monday, 2/9: TEAM UP FOR KINDNESS – Wear your favorite sports team gear!
• Tuesday, 2/10: MISMATCH DAY – Wear clothes that don’t match to show we can accept differences!
• Wednesday, 2/11: PAJAMA DAY – Wear PJs to help dream of a world full of kindness!
• Thursday, 2/12: KINDNESS SHINES – Wear neon, glittery or sparkly clothes or a Glebe shirt!
• Friday, 2/13: WEAR RED DAY – to show how kindness makes your heart happy!
