Reading Specialist
This is my second year as the Reading Specialist here at Glebe Elementary and APS! I graduated from Dartmouth College in 2014 and received my Masters as a Reading Specialist from Columbia University Teachers College in 2020. I grew up in the area and love exploring new things in Washington, DC and the surrounding metropolitan area. I also love spending time with my dogs Wes (black lab/collie) and Betty (beagle/boxer/everything else mix). My husband and I are expecting our first child October 2024!
Reading Specialist
I am a Reading Specialist at Glebe with a M.Ed in Curriculum Instruction in Reading from The University of Virginia. I have 21 years of teaching experience as classroom teacher and Reading Specialist. After ten years as a Reading Specialist at Hoffman Boston I am thrilled to be joining the Glebe community. In my free time I enjoy exercising, reading and spending time with my family and friends.
